Terms and Conditions

As of 01/01/2023 there are new policies and pricing. Please read over everything before booking! 

You will receive an Email and Text Reminders with location information!

• All bookings require a Retainer and are Non-refundable! Other bookings require full payment and are non-refundable.
• Please bring exact Cash to pay your remaining balance! I will not have change.

You can also pay your balance by: 

1. Returning to your confirmation email by clicking rescheduling/cancel/change appointment at the bottom of the email
2. Zelle: HoneyDean@StudioDuJourHD.com (make sure you save contact as a business)
3. Venmo: @StudioDuJour
4. CashApp: $StudioDuJour

• If you pay with CashApp or Venmo please add $2 to your final balance

You can always contact me if your booking date and time is not available to check availability! 

Please be sure to read your conformation, reminder emails, and texts! 

Brow Shapeup or Strip Lashes are NOT included in makeup services! 

1. You can bring your own clean/new pair or purchase from my lash line for $12 
2. You can ADD-ON Brow Shapeup service to your appointments
3. Studio Du'Jour Mink Lashes can be worn up to 25 times depending on care and proper cleansing.

Bookings Outside of Normal Business Hours (which are 8am to 6pm):

• If booking outside of normal hours is needed, please Call Honey at 404-941-6549
• When booking, please click "Before Hour or After Hour" Add-on before selecting a date
• Before Hours Bookings, 6:00am to 7:59am, will require an additional fee of $25​ 
• After Hour Bookings, 6:01pm to 8:00pm, will require an additional fee of $25

Travel Fees: You must contact me prior to booking for availability!!!! 

Local Travel (within 30 miles)​: Client must provide 

• You must contact me immediately for travel fee information
• $30 Packing & Set Up fee + Mileage (Round Trip @ .67 cents per mile)
• Additional $15 Packing & Set Up fee will be added for second travel location
• Parking services fees including valet, parking meters, garage etc.

Out of Town Travel (over 30 miles): Client must provide

• You must contact me immediately for travel fee information
• $125 Packing fee
• Room & board w/breakfast
• Gas, flight, uber/lift, or rental car accommodations to and from destination
• Parking services fees including valet, parking meters, garage etc. 

Face Painting:

Mileage (Round Trip @ .67 cents per mile)

Cancellation Policy:

• Services will not be refunded if appointment is missed or cancelled.

No Call No Show:

• You will not be refunded or able to book with Studio Du'Jour again

Rescheduling:

• You are allowed 1 time to reschedule your appointment and no extra fees will be applied as long as it’s within 30 days of your original booking date
• A 2nd rescheduling will not be allowed. A NEW booking is required, and your previous deposit will be forfeited

Grace Period and Late Fees:

• There is a 10 Minute Grace Period
• Please be On Time! After 10 minutes late there will be a $20 late fee applied and it must be paid before services are rendered
• After 20 minutes late your appointment will be Canceled

Subscriptions:

 All Subscriptions:

• Must purchase between the 1st and the 5th of each month to receive the full 3 services
• Services can only be used for person who booked
• If you do not use services, Subscriptions are not transferable to the next month
• If you do not use the number of services allotted, you forfeit the services for that month
• After purchase you will receive a booking code that you'll use each time you book for that month
• Each month you will receive a new code through email

Facial Subscriptions:

• You can book 2 of the same facials or 2 different facials within a month

Bridal Bookings:

All Brides Must book a FREE Bridal Consultation before booking your wedding.

• The Bride will cover her makeup application fee and, if applicable, Travel fees, Add-on service fees, and additional artist fees.

• The Artist will accept all payments from the Bride Only! Brides must collect all monies from their bridal party. Brides must complete contract and pay their retainer on this site and bridal party retainers can be paid through Zelle (901-921-4451), Venmo (@StudioDuJour), or CashApp ($StudioDuJour). If you pay with CashApp or Venmo please an additional $2.

• Brides will receive Brow Shape-up services and Strip Lashes applications the day of her wedding. The bride can choose from Brides (On Location), Brides (In Studio), or Brides (All Day Slay). The bride can also ADD-On the Touch-Up after Ceremony service for $50.

• An Additional Artist is needed when you have more than 6 people in your wedding party for a fee of $120. Honey Dean will provide the additional artist!

• Your Bridal Party must come with their brows already waxed or arched and bring your own clean, new pair of lashes for services. 

• If anyone from your bridal party who will be receiving services decides to drop out of your wedding will not be able to receive a refund on their deposit and the retainer is not transferable to another person!

•  A $30 fee will also be applied if services start late due to the bride or bridal party and will need to be paid before services are rendered.

•  When booking the add-on "touchup after the ceremony” service, the ceremony must start within 30 mins of me finishing everyone's makeup. I will not be able to stay and wait more than 30 mins. If the wait is longer than 30 mins and you still want the touchup service, an extra fee of $50 for an additional 30 min stay will need to be paid before start of ceremony! 

• Cancellations will be subject to an additional $150 cancellation fee. Same Day Cancellation will VOID all monies paid. You WILL NOT receive a refund.

• You are allowed 1 time to reschedule your big day, no extra fees will be applied, only if the rescheduling is done 60 days prior to your wedding date. Any day within 60 days of service date will be subject to a $150 rescheduling fee.

• All balances are due 1 week prior to your service date. You will need to add an additional $30 late fee if final balance is not paid by due date. If the final balance is not paid in full 1 week prior to service date, the artist will not show on the date of service, your appointment will be cancelled, any monies already paid will not be refunded, and you will still be responsible for the balance owed.

• These services are 100% non-refundable.
  
• Any Unpaid Fees will result in an additional $250 inconvenience fee and will result in legal action.

Financing your services with AfterPay:

For Financing you must call or text Honey at 404-941-6549 to book your appointment. You will receive an invoice through email where you can choose the Afterpay option. *Please be aware Financing fees differ from regular fees.

How Afterpay works:

• Pick the service you would like to receive
• Select Afterpay once you receive your invoice
• Log into or create your Afterpay account, with instant approval decision
• Your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks

*At any time, you are not approved for financing through AfterPay you must book through the site and pay your deposit to confirm your booking. Balance will be due the day of your appointment before services are rendered.
